International prepaid card issuer

    paxum
    payoneer

    You can also try Skrill and my personal favorite is Entropay,

    they charge 4.95% each transaction but i think thats the cheapest :)

    Have you tried Payza? I used to use them back when they were Alertpay.

    Payza dont give VCC to everyone....especially non US...no point ...plus high fees

    I received their card in Bangladesh a long time ago tho. They dont do that anymore? Fees were ridiculous, I agree.

    Entropay is way to go!! the only problem is that if you reside in any country other than GBP Accepted country then they might cost u 3-4 Currency extra for each GBP..

    like i live in India and they charge about 85Rs per GBP wheras market price is 81...however that majorly depends on bank!!..

    Otherwise they are superb..
