hi all. Glad to find this site, hope to share and contribute. I manage an online business in Australia. We are about to launch a new web based service that is targeted at the US market. We want to accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX. We want to charge in US$ with the user experiencing no currency conversion. This is a tricky thing to organise in Australia as AMEX doesn't allow for charging in US$, opening a US$ is difficult from here, etc. So we are looking for an international payment gateway plus merchant account with the following features 1) API integration facility with flexible options so as to integrate with our application. 2) Accept US$ 3) Are ok with an AU based company We have already looked at Paypal and Worldpay and for a variety of reasons neither suite us.
