    Nice food, KingPin. The veal roast looks great - reminds me of one of my faves, a roast rack of Berkshire Pork, the first 8 ribs from the shoulder, with the blade excised - so it looks like a center cut, but eats like a shoulder/loin; brined in very light solution with garlic and herbs, 4 days, then roasted with rosemary, pretty simply. Nothing like rosemary, heat, and meat. :)
