International contracts...

I am about to contract a lot of design and programming work to different countries. I'm based in the USA.

Where can I find some contracts that can govern the subcontractor relationship between my company and these international contractors?

Will the contracts hold up in court? If infringed upon what court would I take it to?

I have contracts with the companies I work with that have "no circumvention" clauses built into them. But I just want to make sure that no one is reusing custom copyrighted work again.

    What are your thoughts?

What is a contract between nations with different laws governing the contracts?

Generally the contract itself will have a line near the top which stipulates under which nations law it falls. However this doesn't override the law that any of the parties involved have to abide by in their own country.

The biggest problem is actually enforcing a contract against a party overseas though.

So if the contract states that it's under the USA law then legally it applies internationally? I don't need to rewrite the contract to cover other countries?

I know enforcing it is a hassle even in the same country.
