Amazon.co.uk's affiliate program only allows direct deposit for the UK, Switzerland, and EU countries, so I am stuck paying a $17 processing fee on my check every month. Is there any way around this? I know I can have Amazon send me checks less frequently, but the processing fee is still there. Are there banks in the US that do not charge this fee, and/or would it be possible to open a bank account in one of the countries that Amazon supports?(with a reasonable >$1000 balance requirement) I am hoping someone here has had this same problem.
