What low cost option would you recommend to make calls into landlines international numbers? What do you think about Skype, is voice ok? Thank you
Use betamax network such as voipcheap. For me i'm using 12voip since i can call to my friends landline number for free. There are several websites within betamax network with the different rate, so you can check it where the most destination you are willing to call to and you'll fine the cheapest rate
Skype is good. You can buy a normal (skype made) phone and use it and it's very cheap. I pay 3 dollars a month for unlimited North American calling
