    Hi All,

I'm a newbie to this Google Adwords thingy. After a couple of months of research on the web , I decided to purchase the Google Cash from Chris Carpenter. After few weeks of reading chris's ebook, research (again) on the web, join a couple of Affiliate Program providers (CJ, Clickbank,Linkshare), I felt down coz most of the affiliated programs that CJ 's had only cater to user who live in US and need to be manually approved by the Affiliate Provider.

Can anyone advice me, which providers that accept international (I live in Asia by the way) affiliate members and Do I really have to built a website on those campaign that I want to promote?( I'm not really know how to built one.)

    Rgrds

The googlecash era is over... forget about it and look for other sources of revenue.

    Welcome to DP, Chris! :)

I'm sure somebody else will chip in with advice about specific international-friendly affiliate programs, but you should know that it's not entirely hopeless to get into U.S.-only programs. It's a relatively easy matter of setting up an American corporation or limited liability company. After you've done that, and have a U.S. tax ID and U.S. postal address, there's not much to distinguish you (in a negative fashion) from other U.S.-based companies, somewhat simplifying operating an online business.

For example, to set up an LLC in the states of Delaware or Nevada (both popular because of a business-friendly court system and very reasonable tax policies) would only set you back $400-$600. (To get mail forwarding and other add-on services, you'd need to cough up a little bit more.) You could form the company online with one of the many "registered agents" that provide the service and have them FedEx you the paperwork within a week or two.

After that, you'd need to annually pay the (nominal) franchise tax to the state the company is registered in ($200/year in Delaware) and the registered agent fee (normally about $100/year). Whatever revenue the foreign-owned LLC earns is considered "pass-through" by the IRS, meaning you wouldn't need to pay income tax to the U.S. (How you handle income tax in your country of residence is your own matter.) It's a worthwhile option to consider ;)
