    Internal link is a link pointing to other web page of your website or section of the same web page

    Where as, External link is a link pointing to some web page of other website.

    Internal linking means links within your website. On any page of website when there are links on other pages of the same website, it is called Internal linking and when a web page contains links to any other website, it is called external linking.

    Links from within your domain are internal and from other domain are called externals. Just as the name suggest....
