Internal Server Error

I am using justhost hosting for previous 1 year, but today, when I want to login my account, the following error is shown instead of successful login.

Kindly, let me know is this common thing? if not then what to do?

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact customer support and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Hi there,

Have you changed anything recently in your account? Perhaps check the permissions of your files and folders. I don't know how justhost has the server setup, if they are using suphp, you cannot have permissions greater than 755 on folders and 644 on files.

You should also contact your host (justhost) regarding this matter, as they would be more capable of diagnosing the issues.

Did you open a support ticket on this? Justhost should be able to work it out for you. There really isn't anything anybody here can do for you.

 

Where are you trying to login ?

 

Check error_logs ?

 

May be temporary high loads on the server, i think it is fine now ?

You should contact justhost to ask why it happened ?

 

Yes it was temporary, and was down only that day, now working well. but that day I was unable to do anything, couldn't access files.
