internal php search engine for a webiste

    Does anyone has experience to integrate open source php search engine in websites?

    I am looking at TSEP.....

    * I haven't really look into mnoGoSearch. I am not sure whether it is able to support chinese.
    * TSEP can index chinese (I think), but it can not display it since it sets to utf-8

    I am able to find one: sphider.... there are some errors, when installing. I need to fix them....
