Internal or Outsourcing Marketing Management

    Marketing for our company has become a big pain, managing the affiliate program, ppc advertising, seo marketing, everything seems to be very time consuming. Rather than continuing to have everyone do one off things, we are looking at hiring a dedicated person to deal with affiliate management, ppc advertising, seo work, etc, etc.

    Is there a reason to go to outsourcing for this and more so, is there a quality company for this? For example, we can hire a $3k a month person to handle all these things, dedicated to our company, whereas the better affiliate management services run a good $10k a month easy. Suggestions?

    I'd suggest you keep it in house.

    Maybe 2 employees so they can manage properly instead of being spread thin?
