Internal Linking

    What is the value of internal linking? And could someone provide some suggestions on how to implement text links on a site?

    The best example of internal linking is DP

    Here my profile which is an internal link has a PR of 3

    I have not linked my profile from anywhere else except here ?So how did I got page rank?

    This is only due to internal linking!

    Also do not forget that our DP profiles have other links on it that we can not control that come from the DP site like in the header footer etc.

    Internal linking is about sharing pagerank around on your site's pages. If you have a page that gets lots of traffic, you might want to share its PR with your sites lesser pages. That is accomplished with internal linking from the stronger page to the lesser pages. That is called "internal linking".

    What if on a page you have a high PR and on that page instead of linking to 100 of your subsections staticly, you link 25 at a time randomly, will that help?

    I don't see how that would help. Crawlers like Google's would only see 25 links each time, and if a subsection got a link one time and then didn't get one the next, the crawler could see that it lost a link and the PR might go down. I would try to avoid 100 static links on a single page though. That's just too many links, and it might get the page penalized as spam by some algorithms.

    internal links is your best link sourse.

    every link from your web site to your web site will be counted as backlinks
