A website which have menus in flash, must be inter linked properly using html links.
For this reason, adding a html link to the sitemap page will be enough or all the page's link should be given in html?
    Please help!

A link on the sitemap will get your site indexed since the engines will find all the pages. But you will not get the value of every page pointing to the other so you're best off putting the links in the footer if the design allows.

Failing that, try to work it in the text on the page if it is in HTML and link the words out of there.

With my old site I put a link to all the categories on my site at the bottom, it seemed to help.

It must be on page as well.
And internal linking is probably most important step to give your page easy value :)
