Internal linking - size of link

    Is it okay to lik to your own inetrnal pages using paragraphs of text?

    So when you click on a parahraph (anchor text) you get taken to an internal page???

    You can do that, but as per SEO it would not do any good because you are putting so many keywords in the link (a whole paragraph).
