    I know what internal links are but what are internal followed links ?

    Internal Followed Links:
    OpenSite Explorer Shows: 0 for www.buildingangel.co.uk

    how can they be 0 ?

    SEO Quake Shows:
    33 Internal
    7 External

    Needing help with regards to this !
