Internal directorys good or bad?

hi all.

I have a internal link directory on my website
www.your-bids/LinkDirectory

My question is,Is it a good idea to have an internall directory?

 

Absolutely not i too have the internal directory location at infogle.com/link but its containing now about 2150+ active links and many featured links...

So its not a bad idea if you have install in the directory in which part of your website but make sure the directory is accessible easily from the other pages of the website...

should i only allow reciprocal?
Or allow free and paid aswell

 

Just see my directory once... iam offering :

1. Regular - Free
2. Reciprocal - Free
3. Featured - $2

But now i will be charging for regular links too and make only reciprocal as free...

What about PR If i only have 1000 backlinks to the directory but have 2000 outbound freelinks will it efect my PR.
