Internal and External Duplicate Pages

    Internal Duplicate pages means : same content put in all inner pages
    External Duplicate pages means : Copy the Content from another Domain..... better you to this website glasyads.com ( Free Classifieds)

    Just for clarification: internal duplicate pages can also be a problem if you have a normal (not spammy!) website running i.e. on wordpress because then your content might be published on some kind of category page, archive page AND the usual "post".

    Since google (most likely) punishes duplicate content, you should always look to keep the count of those kinds of pages down i.e. by linking to the original post in your archive & category pages.

    So this is basically a warning that some CMS create duplicate content without you noticing.
