I Googled how to do pictures correctly for SEO, but I couldn't find how to do interlinking links correctly. There's many methods but, do you do links correctly with the title cover up or does it automatically take into account the link on that page every time? Am I over thinking something simple on this one?

Are you talking about internal linking using images? If so, I would just suggest using your keywords in the alt text, that should help, but someone please correct me if I am wrong here. I generally avoid anything to do with linking images to other parts of a page and stick with old fashioned anchor text for that, can be a little troublesome if not done right.

Can you explain in more detail exactly what you mean mate? I don't really get what you are asking. You are referring to interlinking blogposts on the same website?

    Sorry guys.

I know how to do pictures correctly for SEO - I could find it on Google

I don't know how to do text links correctly to connect it to another page. I am also setting up a site map, but don't plan on writing it in XML as people suggested (what I found) on their sites. Is this a huge deal anyways? Sorry added another question.

What is a correct link style for seo optimization? Just remember it's for pages only and not for linking any pictures at all.

Does it matter if it's written in XML instead of regular HTML format?

    Are you using wordpress?

A normal text link is in the format:

    <a href="http://www.mywebsite.com">my website</a>
