Intergrate New Template: Very Very Basic Work

    I have a new template I want to add to a very very simple site is is only 2 pages.

    1 page consists of a Paypal IPN
    2nd page is a members page that just needs to be fixed width etc.

    (note this is just cut and paste worth with simple HTML/css knowledge)

    I will pay $15.00 ASAP to whoever can do this for me.
