I've been playing with KeywordSpy and they have some really interesting tools. They can show you a list of the top Clickbank super affiliates. I checked out the landing URLs for the top affiliates and noticed that they were all direct hoplinks. Does this mean that to be a top affiliate, you should forget about landing pages? I'm assuming they are the only ones linking to hoplink (per Adwords T&Cs) or maybe they are using Yahoo/MSN - unfortunately the tool does not say.
It doesn't work this way.... What keyword spy does is having a snap shoot on all the keywords in their arsenal (only) and crawl the search engine once a month or so. You can not make a conclusion out of that. You can't know if the ad or the advertiser is profitable or not. Try and check out your own hoplinks ... I check mine and found very old and outdated results... keyword spy is good to have a sense what other used but you can not know which ones actually work.... Cheers, Emil
But KWspy is updated twice a month. Secondly, I think it's safe to assume that an affiliate with 10,000 keywords is going to be profitable, surely?
