Got 2 questions for you all , regarding the mobile searches and mobile sites:

I noticed that if I search on google from a desktop OR mobile device, the SERPs are almost identical.

Has anyone encountered a totally different SERPs displayed for desktop and mobile searches?

I believe that the google mobile search (google.com/m) should display only sites that are made for mobile devices (e.g. only m.domain.com or domain.mobi ).

Did anyone hear such a claim from google – if this is truly the case and that this is what they’re aiming at?

Do you think the results then will be different from the desktop searches?

this happened when you searched for general terms (like "online dating"), or mobile related terms? (like "mobile hotel reservations)?

not sure.. maybe the mobile version can access the same data centers of google.. so its not possible to have the same rankings.

I think there are keywords that show the same result and different results, there are differences in their algorithm..
