It seems only old directories have some changes, the new one have not got PR now.

Is there any connection between these PR changes and the apparent SERP penalties that some directories recently suffered? Have any directories been affected in both ways? Does anyone know?
    Thank you

PR on my top category pages was removed many weeks ago and replaced with grey, but homepage remained and still is pr5. I'm hoping for the internal pages to be re-evaluated soon. Also all my sites are penalised in serps, but seem to be improving slowly but surely.

My almost 2 yrs old top-category only directory - Pagerankluck.com has come down to PR3 from PR4. But the weird thing is- its internal pages had no PR change.
Still majority of categories are PR4 as before.:(
