    What I have up for sale is a potential website. Feel free to do a keyword research on its niche and you'll get what i mean.

    Unfortunately, I'm unable to work on it further as my hands are tied up with other stuff.

    The domain is almost a year old and is currently at pagerank 3.

    It basically needs more content and links for it to be successful. Well, I don't think content will be an issue for the moment as i have 8 more articles which i've written but have yet to include them in the site.

    With the purchase of this site, you will receive 8 really informative articles regarding this niche which are keyword targeted. Quality of the articles can be judged from the site itself.

    The only thing you need to worry about is getting backlinks. Something which i really suck at. But if you are good at getting backlinks, that i'm sure this site will make a great addition to your online portfolio with a bit of work.
