I have seen quite a few threads on people being threatened by trademark holders because their domain name "infringes" on their trademark. Some domain parking companies allow you to screen out words that you don't want ads of. That can help prevent you from being sued for using the domain in bad faith.
I have 1 tradmarked domain name, I havnt had any hassels with it probly becuase its not a .net/.com TLD probly will have problems in the near future but =(
