    For me personally, I've already got the SEO and the technical side down. What I am missing is how to infuse my creation with that magic spark that makes it a community.

    I can help out with this. Do you have any specific questions? I have successfuly created that "community" feel, and I have some theories on how to do it. But you could really help me out by pinpointing some questions that I will answer.
