    GameRotate.com is for sale.

    Been running since 2005. Gets about 500 hits a month. With about $1 of adsense revenue a month (YES one dollar).

    With some better promotion and a little better design it could be a great site. I just don't have the time.

    A BIN of $225 when the site makes $12 a year? That BIN price is 12 months revenue x 18. I'm confused.

    I do not know what script it runs, it automatically changes the game everyday.

    I understand about the profit but the site has a lot of potential.
