Interested Newbie Requiring Loads of Help

Hello all and Shawn.

I am very interested in Optigold and have spent teh last two weeks trying to undertsand how it works etc. Still have to get a Key though. All e mails seem to be retuirned all of the time.

I have also been going through this forum to try to learn as much as I can.

My Conclusions.

1. If Optigold delivbers what it says it will, it is MAGIC.
2. Problem is that for a newbie such as myself there are too many components. Optigold, Radiator, FileMaker etc. It sounds like a daunting task.
3. The User guide is not extensive and not prepared for Newbies such as myself.

So how do I get on with things?
Is there a package which does everything automatically? Were all we have to do is just input the variable details to gel things together?

What we want toa hcieve is teh folloiwng:

1. Automated usage data into Optigold
2. Users to be able to access their usage data

Is more detailed help available?
