    Hello! I wanted to know whether you are giving preference to thematic index of citing (TIC) or prefer to ignore it?

    What is thematic index of citing? Just search on Google, but could not understand properly!

    Topic Citation Index (TIC) defines "authority" of Internet resources, taking into account the qualitative characteristics of the references to them from other sites.

    This option uses Yandex, but I do not know whether this option is abroad.

    For example in this forum TIC 70 :)
