Buying Interested In Trading Ad Space (google Or Your Own) For Advertising

    I am looking to sell all the ad space on my forum (view sig), such as having your google ad sense ads on my site in exchange for bringing posting member that stay.
    You get paid for the work you do. For example, if you bring in 100 members, that brings more clicks to the ads. This month the site has only made $11 in ads, but that is with little to no advertising.
