    If you download movies etc from the web, I believe there is like a 24hour limit or something and then your supposed to delete the file if you don't own the original. What if you did this with anything, like uploading a music file or someone's pictures to a public location on the net, but within say 15mins the file(s) are deleted from the hosting site.

    The files are openly available but only for a very short time. Is that legal? Would you have to put something saying, "Must delete within 14 hours of downloading," etc
