Buying Interested in paying for active forum members recruited

    Interested in having a person help me recruit folks to my forum that remain active. My pay will be $10/active user for the first 7 users you recruit. These users cannot be paid to post, they must actually be knowledgeable in my forum topic. I don't care how the users come through advertising, just as long as it is not SPAM .
