I have this site I launched just over a year ago. Actually, I never really launched it. But it's a business site and does quite well in CPC (value in clicks) and has made 200-300 or more in memberships. This is all with no marketing. I'm looking to possibly do a 50/50 with someone worthy. Someone with skills and a few bucks here and there to market as it was your site, add... tune... and grow it like it was your site. So someone who cares and wants to make some money short or long term. The site has great potential, and I have other ideas in mind for it. Anyhow, it's a great site, domain, and everything... just need some help feeding it and in return, you get 50% of the rev. It took a long time to develop and it does a lot of unique things.
