Interest Check: Adsense Revenue Generating Tech Site

I may be offering up www.8525software.com for sale soon. I'm looking to get a nice down payment on a new car, and this would help. The site currently makes money every day, consistently. I've done no paid advertisements to get the word out, it's grown solely on the links and good words of users in the 8525 community.

Now to the good stuff. Site went live roughly around Jan 6th. It started making money 2 days later

Man people like that are annoying ;o. Can I get the adsense stats for the rest of the month? Why's it only to the 22nd?

2500 is steep for a site that only shows $2.51 in feb but I am ready to make a reasonable offer. pm me if you want to discuss

do you host all the files and how often are updates done to the site?

 

I'd say 97% of the files are hosted by me. Some are merely links to the author's homepage of where the download link is. I update it intermittently. one or twice a week maybe, If that?

 

If there are no more offers by tomorrow, then I'll probably sell it to the first bidder. Everyone else is welcome until then.

Where is the traffic coming from?

 

Mostly from cell phone forums and wiki sites. The site is a great resource for this one particluar phone. Thankfully, the url is posted around everywhere in these forums and people go to my site and get free software.
