I am not sure about the investmentoptions site but the weightloss4idiots site, at the bottom of the page you listed the url for, has the line: This links page was generated with help of www.seo-traffic-guide.de - Find Do-Follow Blogs Code (markup): Based on the info on the seo-traffic-guide site, it looks like the system being used is the one at 3waylinks.net. It appears the line that referenced seo-traffic-guide at the bottom of the link list page was created by the Wordpress plugin for 3waylinks found on the seo-traffic-guide site which I assume is managing the link list on that site.
