So I emailed interclick's webform to ask some questions about advertising because I saw them on some random site, and here are the emails leaving me shocked and confused. ________________ On 9/13/07, Michael Katz <michael.katz@interclick.com> wrote: ----, We can certainly talk about bumping up payment terms as this is something we have done for several pubs. We would want to test your traffic to start though. I would want to know a few things first: 1. How much traffic could allocate towards us? 2. Where would we fall in your chain of networks? 3. What ad formats would you be running? Thanks, Mike ________________ To: Michael Katz Sent: Fri Sep 14 18:49:51 2007 Nevermind, Thank you for your time. I forgot who interclick used to be. interclick is a scam they owed me money way back never paid a lot of people on iq69 had a problem with them
Yeah I used them for a while.. then out of the blue they sent me this email one day and then I never got my last payment. I found it to be rude and unprofessional. This was back from 08/30/2005 btw but I was able to find it in my gmail acct. This just reminded me of how bitter it made me. John, Due to the poor performance of your site's traffic, we are forced to remove you from the network. We are losing too much money on your traffic and can't afford to have you aboard anymore. Please stop all traffic effective immediately. Best of Luck, Andrew Greenberg VP, Business Development Desktop Interactive, Inc. www.interclick.com (P) 561-620-7889 x1524 (F) 561-620-4969
Oh and even funnier is on 11/16/2005 I got this email haha Hello, I hope all is well. For one reason or another you have a site that is on our denied list here at InterClick. I am writing to let you know that if you get back to me telling me you would like to work with us, I will approve that site for you and you can run any format you want for good. Please let me know if this interests you. Thanks, Andrew Greenberg VP, Business Development Desktop Interactive, Inc. www.interclick.com (P) 561-210-0524 (F) 561-620-4969
