After recently completing a Business & Administration NVQ Level 2, I am aiming to increase clients within my website hosting company, and provide ICT Support; including high end website development services.

2008 - 2009; NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration, Business Technical Certificate, Key Skills Communication Level 2 (English: C Grade Equivalent), Modern Apprentice.

2007 - 2008; First Certificate for Information Technology Practitioners, Key Skills Level 1 Communications & Numeracy.

2003 - 2007; Information Technology NVQ (4 x Pass Grade), Science (C Grade), Mathematics (D Grade), English (D Grade), English Literature (E Grade), English - Speaking & Listening (C Grade), Humanities (D Grade),

Work Experience
2008 - 2009; Placement as a Modern Apprentice within The Computer Centre, Canterbury City Council.

Providing Information Technology support to end users, colleagues and members of the public within a timely manner, trouble-shooting computer & peripheral faults using knowledge gained from previous experience and research, and working well with specialist IT staff to ensure and monitor the stability and uptime of our IT Systems.

2007; Work Experience Placement at Bioteknik, Canterbury.
Carrying out the repairs and maintenance of IT Systems & Devices, dismantling and recycling of computer equipment, and working within a team in order to provide a timely and professional IT service.
