Intellectual properties not safe at ebay

I have some scripts that I have sold with out resellers or master resellers right here at DP and other forum. When I tried to search ebay some of my script my surprise someone is selling them with out my permission.

I write ebay 5 times already about this matter. I have reported the said auction and told ebay that the said script being sold there is my script and I have not given anyone else an authority to sell it.

But they don't make any action on my reports. They told me to apply to VeRo, I am asking them to take action on this matter or even investigate it but they keep sending me a message saying I need to apply to VeRo. Isn't the first thing they should do is to ask the seller or make some investigation about the alleged steal of intellectual properties. My suspect is that they recommending their other service to earn again.

Is there a way or legal matter I can do so that I can go after those selling my scripts with out my permission.

Contact your State Dept, and ask that they contact the FBI in the US. Tell them you are reporting stolen property being fenced via eBay... eBay claims they respond to complaints like this.. In fact, I saw an interview with their cheif of security in charge of this about a week ago. He is former CIA/FBI. He indicated that they respond to any and all claims and remove questionable auctions like this when complaints are received.

Unfortunately, Jeremy, what you suggested isn't going to work for the OP. He
isn't US-based as his location indicates.

PinoyIto, have you tried VeRo as they've told you to? Although they really do
not have to do anything for you, at least they prepared a process to handle
this issue if you're able to demonstrate your claims.

Service providers get all sorts of claims daily. But only those who can show a
degree of "proof" or what not have better chances of getting attended to.
