I am in need of a programmer who can write a script for a Speed radar to integrate with an Axis Video Server 241S. Both products are OPEN architecture all i need is for the data off the radar (Speed Limit Violator) to be layed over the image of the axis 241S encoder. I have a support team on the radar side to assist, and full Manual on encoder.
