Buying Integrating aweber into existing form

Before I was opening threat on cheap stuff but not yet found people who really can do this beside asking the aweber code.

So I need you to integrate aweber in existing form, 2 action in 1 form.
The site can you see on my signature.
I need someone who can help integrating aweber form above domain form.
I need the info submitted into aweber won't disturbing the backlinking process.
When user click start backlinking, new popup windows will opened to take the aweber submission process and current windows continue with backlinking process.
You may use onlick="" function or anything you think better than it.
