Integrating Amazon, shipping, and accounting?

We process between 50-100 a day, depending on the time of year. We currently print out the orders and enter everything manually into shipping and accounting software. Any ideas for automating any part of shipping and accounting? Any suggestions for a good accounting software/Amazon integration combo?

Our orders come mostly from Amazon, but also our website, walmart.com, ebay, and phone orders.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but you could always send your inventory to Amazon FBA and have them fulfill the orders instead of you. You can also set it up so that they ship for your online store, ebay, phone orders, etc, so you don't have to do any of the shipping yourself. Here's a great video that explains this in more detail:
