Buying Integrate XML to my site

I need someone to integrate an affiliate program's XML API to my site.

The data should be cached on my side as I don't want my site to be sending out requests to the affiliate program site every time a user hit my site. However, the XML data should be pulled from the affiliate program's site at least once every 24 hours to ensure that the data are up to date.
