i think there is a problem with your php configuration from your webhosters. you have to contact him asked to allow you fopen function.

Submitted my site in the first signature link (www dot dairyforall dot com) to Health > Nutrition and another blog ONLINE STOCK TRADING to Blogs > Business for your approval. But an error message is displayed stating that the url already exists.
Kindly approve them.

yes the page is currently parked because there is a problem with my host and the directory was having some problem for submitting the url.
i am searching for a new webhost.
