I been seeing many people buying .tv It might have potential later in the future. The word insurers though I'm not feeling it so I would estimate less than ten bucks.
So you're basically saying that this name is worth less than reg fee? I would have go disagree with you as I'm sure that I could flip is easily for more than reg fee if I were to sell it considering that "insurance" is a high paying keyword & also based on the strength of the keyword & development potential of this name.
