Insurapedia.com for sale

I've decided to put up my site, insurapedia.com, for sale. It was supposed to be a comprehensive site on all insurance-related topics, but I've been busy with other work and haven't been able to focus on the site.

It comes complete with:

- A backend with an ADMIN console to create your own posts, modify the main page, delete, add photos, etc.
- 18 original car insurance articles (published on ezine directories, accounts tranferred under your name)
- A 'Free Quote site' evaluation page where I discuss insurance quote sites, complete with screenshots.
- A main page that's fully customizable
- An excellent, easy to remember "brand type" domain name in Insurapedia (Encyclopedia for Insurance) and a catchy slogan.

Most of all, the site revolves around the word 'car insurance' right now, which has given me an EXCELLENT value per click rate. For the limited amount of impressions I've received from very limited advertising (I've only submitted articles to ezinearticles.com and put up a signature on this site with my link), I've received:

22 clicks = $16.07 (screenshot available upon request)

I cannot guarantee the clicks would stay at that level, but 'auto insurance' keywords have been VERY profitable on Adsense.

Its a brand new site that just started months ago with no major marketing and very few visitors. With a few more articles and marketing efforts, the site can really work for you.
