    Selling my Insurance & Healtcare niche blog (INSURANCE-HEALTHCARE.ORG).

    It runs on WP. The Niche is good and has impressive CTR in Adsense and pays well.

    Godaddy domain, free push.

    Winner gets WP files, DB and 1 weeks time to move the site.

    Site is new, hence low traffic and no revenue. I added Adbrite recently to it.
