We all know the variation in data returned by the various Google datacentres.

Google finally decided to do something about it though I'm not sure whether this will solve it.

Good to know they're working hard though... I guess this is where our AdWords money goes to.

I'm so pleased they concentrate on making themselves a nicer environment to work in...

Maybe next time they can do a mural dedicated to the wonders of the 302 redirect...

It could look something like this...

    The bigger question is WHY?

Artists don't need a why - if they did there wouldn't be much art.

Anyone every been in a large datacenter? Notice that one is empty?

I'll venture a guess that in the end, a huge machine will be in front of it, there will be about 24 inches of walking space between the wall and the machine to view the mural and a shadow will be cast on it by the machine like it's a dark hallway. :/

I got no beef with the artist. I'm just laughing at this look at how cool we are PR.

It's probably a tool to attract eastern investors. Over there they put alot of emphasis on employee moral.

That explains the PR release. It is a look how good we are to employees and look how grateful they reacted we gave them a picture to look at.

Next will be sing along sessions and calestetics in the isles.

He did a nice job, but the question remains...

Did he turn down the annual ski trip or was he not invited?

That's what I thought as well. Either this or skiiing. A painting computer nerd... Probably scared of sunlight so he might well have opted out.
