Instant web trafficker tool

    Hi everyone...

    i am looking for some information on Instant Web Trafficker tool.
    i have seen this tool being used on sites.

    What it does is that it takes a snap shot of your website and places on high rank site and then you can choose which pharases you want to rank high for, it will then start appearing in googles 1st page for those pharases..

    I hope you lot know what i mean? am not good with this type of information.
    But i really could do with the help.
