How long does it take for Instant Transfer sending amount to go up? I recently made a deposit from my bank to paypal but it seems I can only send less than $50 with Instant Transfer to the person, anything else, my card is selected with e-check while Instant is grayed out. Or does the initial deposited amount determines the Instant Transfer available amount? Would the receiver's account status determines what I can send them via Instant Transfer?
