Instant traffic with new fresh domain?

    The other day registered an domain and currently running an adult tube script on it.

    Im mass embedding videos at the moment and i noticed the views on the videos started increasing while I was uploading new content.
    So, I added statscounter on the video player page and the main index. Today I've had 251 page loads and 124 UV's and 15 returning visitors.

    How can this be? I didnt do any advertising or SEO what so ever.

    Also Google may have crawled your site, it does that very often, even my sites' pages were indexed within an hour after I uploaded it, and didn't do any SEO etc.

    google crawl most of new website if you have new content it can get top ranking also, but be aware of adult matter. Google will remove indexing altogether for bad sites.

    Well, its all about optimization process and inclusion of most searchable keywords in title , description and the tag. Further publication from reliable resources will help you to get immediate exposure.
