1. We may help you installing the same panel you currently use in your VPS and then migrate all data to your new server. 2. After, you (or we) edit the current master dns zones (at least of dynamic content websites) in your VPS, pointing the domains for the new server. You may want to leave the dns zones in your VPS for 2-3 days. This will prevent people continue reaching your VPS (due to DNS caching/propagation time), which would cause new data/content/threads/post being added to the old location and, consequently, lost. My bandwidth needs are small (< 1 or 2 GB/month), and the proxy will be private (as it is to survey websites I will not allow public to access it, it is not a public web proxy, so no warez, no porn, etc.).
